WARNING
We have not personally tested this tutorial and won’t recommend you to try this tutorial as this is a Beta release and only meant to developers. If you are a developer then you should have a UDID which allows you to access all the iOS beta’s. If not, then you can go to Apple Developer Center and enroll yourself either in Standard or Enterprise Program (that will cost your around $99 a year). But if you still wish to carry on with this tutorial proceed at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data loss, damage or bricking of your iDevice.
Below are the instructions on how to Install / Update iOS 4.3 Beta 2 on iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad and iPod Touchwithout developers account.
Before you begin make sure you backup your device and download the iOS 4.3 Beta 2 from the link at the end of this post.
Let’s begin!
Step One
Launch Itunes and connect your device to the computer using microUSB. Once connected, click on to your device and then press and hold Shift key (Windows) or Alt key (for Mac) and click on “Restore”. It is important that you do not click on “Update” or “Check for Updates”.

Step Three
SSH into iPhone using WinCSP or iFunBox on Windows or CyberDuck on Mac

In Iphone file hierarchy, navigate to /System/Library/CoreServices

Locate the file named SystemVersion.plist, open it with text editor and remove the following lines:

Now reboot your device and activate with iTunes.
