The next-gen iPad which dubbed as iPad 2, Bringing front facing Camera, FaceTime and PhotoBooth features. As it was confirmed in iOS 4.3 beta 2, which was recently released by Apple.
Recently, In iOS 4.3 an image of (homeScreenOverlayFaceTime~ipad.png) was found by MacRumors that is basically used to show a preview of iOS wallpaper selection. Other then that they have also noticed the Camera, FaceTime, and PhotoBooth icons in it.
