Samsung S2 Galaxy disassembly

If you look at the picture, it seems like someone  has lie a kit of a Galaxy
S2. But these are of course the fanatical boys and girls who screwed
iFixit with a steady hand apart. It is not useful,
but instructive. This way you get to know for example that the camera module
of the S2 is a little bit smaller than that of the iPhone 4. And even
without the necessary techno claptrap, it is of course an amazing
piece of technology what is soldered a few square centimeters
together.

.

For those who still get lost when they are snooping in the Galaxy S2, below is a
simple and useful overview.
Number 9 on the picture is the main board of the S2 – this is the central
connection board where all critical parts are connected. 9-1 was the
much discussed Exynos 1.2 GHz dual core processor, 9-2 and the HSPA +
modem. Furthermore, we have 16 GB of internal memory (9-4), the
Bluetooth / WiFi chip (9-5), the gyroscope (9-6), and accelerometer
(9-7). To put everything in perspective, All is draped neatly next to
the battery.
